DELIVERY INFORMATION
Processing your order
We aim to process orders within 24 hours of receiving them. However, orders received during the weekend or on a New Zealand public holiday will be processed the following business day.

Delivery Times
Within New Zealand, standard orders take 2-3 working days to deliver. Please allow 1-2 extra days for Rural Delivery.

Delivery costs:
$10 for delivery in New Zealand.
We are unable to deliver outside New Zealand at this time.

We will send you an email to let you know your order has been processed and dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on postal transit services, and other events out of our control.

Please ensure that the delivery address you have entered for your order is absolutely correct. We cannot change the delivery address on the order once it has been dispatched, nor can we be responsible if you have given us incomplete details.

Please note: Our courier service does not deliver to PO Boxes. Please enter a valid street address to avoid shipping issues.

Order Delays:
Please note, from time to time there may be a delay while we work through large volumes of orders.
