Returns policy:
We hope you'll love our delicious locally grown walnut products. But if you have any problems, please get in touch at hello@trickettsgrove.nz and we will replace the product concerned or refund you.
Please include proof of purchase details (your invoice number), and best before date information from the product packaging, and tell us about the problem with the product.
We may ask you to return the goods to us, or provide a photo to help us understand the problem you've experienced before your replacement or refund is processed.
Please note, if you made your purchase from a retail stockist, you will need to return it to that stockist - and their store policies apply in terms of refund or replacement.
