This is a classic French dish and is traditionally served on toast.
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- ¾ cup walnut pieces
- ¾ cup pitted green olives
- ¾ cup pitted black olives
- 10 anchovy fillets
- 2 tablespoons capers
Put all ingredients into a food processor and whizz to a chunky or smooth consistency depending on your preference.
Chill for at least 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
Serve on pieces of toasted bread.
