Gluten-free Walnut Cake Recipe

Ingredients

4 Eggs
1 cup sugar
Icing sugar for decoration

Method

Preheat oven to 170 degrees
Beat the egg white with sugar until dense
Add egg yolks
Gently mix in the Trickett's Grove walnut flour
Pour into a 6 inch cake tin
Bake for 25-30 minutes
Check with a wooden skewer before removing from oven
